The 2020 Round of the Housing Affordability Trust application process began just as the COVID-19 pandemic reached Alabama. As in years past, the HAT’s Board of Trustees prioritized housing-related projects and programs. 2020, however, challenged our board to consider how the coronavirus has affected every aspect of living and giving.
